Welcome back! I spent last week doing lots of fun family things during spring break, including juicing oranges from our tree, hiking, and finding a nest full of duck eggs in our backyard!
I did have time for a little bit of crafting, so today I'm sharing the card I made for one of our nephew's birthdays. I used two Sale-a-bration items - the Party Pandas stamp set and the Bubbles & Fizz Designer Series Paper.
The Sale-a-bration products are so fun this year; make sure you get yours before time runs out! Sale-a-bration ends on March 31, so there are only 11 days left!
Stamps: Party Pandas (SAB)
Ink: Basic Black; Lemon Lime Twist Stampin' Write Marker, Light Daffodil Delight Blends (only because I couldn't find my regular Daffodil Delight marker)
Paper: Basic Gray, Whisper White, Bubbles & Fizz DSP (SAB)
Accessories & Tools: Layering Circles Framelits, Stitched Shapes Framelits, Big Shot, Classic Label Punch, Tutti-Frutti Adhesive Backed Sequins, Hearts and Stars Elements
Happy Stamping!

Am I the only one who procrastinates on making cards that I need to make? Friday afternoon hit, and I knew a Father's Day card had to be made for my husband before he got home from work for the weekend.
Thankfully, I had a few places to draw inspiration from: a card I made for my display samples back in November (see if you can pick it out here!), and this week's TGIF Challenge:
Making a masculine card is hard for me, because I like to add a lot of "girly" touches to my cards, like bows and sparkly embellishments. Sometimes I just can't figure out what to add to complete a masculine card! But I think this one turned out ok. What do you think?
Washi tape is a good go-to embellishment for a masculine card, and my personal opinion is that ribbon or thread is ok, as long as it isn't tied in a bow. Do you have any tips for masculine cards? I would love to hear them! Please share them with us in the comments.

Today's card is almost an exact copy of one pictured on page 131 of Stampin' Up!'s new Annual Catalog. It features some of my favorite new products - the Pinewood Planks Dynamic Impressions Embossing Folder, the Naturally Eclectic Designer Series Paper, and the Pretty Label Punch. Here's the card pictured in the catalog...
... and here's my version.
Copying the catalog is an easy way to get beautiful cards every. single. time. Don't you just love the look of the embossing folder on Soft Sky cardstock? So pretty!
