Flowers for Every Season Memories & More Class

I have a brand new class to offer to you today, featuring the Flowers for Every Season Memories & More Card Pack. These cards are quick and easy - in fact, you don't even have to do any stamping if you don't want to!

In this class through the mail, you'll make 7 different cards using the Flowers for Every Season Memories & More Card Pack. You'll get a full package of the Memories & More Cards in your kit, plus a roll of ribbon. You also have the option to add on the Beautiful Friendship stamp set, which I used on several of the cards. If you don't have that set and/or don't want to purchase it, you can use another sentiment stamp set OR use some of the word stickers included in the Memories & More Card Pack.

You will provide your own ink and adhesive. I recommend Just Jade and Misty Moonlight ink, and Stampin' Seal, Mini Glue Dots, and Stampin' Dimensionals. These can be added onto your kit at catalog cost (I'll cover the tax & shipping).
Here are the options for ordering:
Option #1 ($52): This option includes the Beautiful Friendship stamp set, a package of the Flowers for Every Season Memories & More Card Pack, a roll of ribbon, and the supplies cut and ready for you to make 7 cards, with envelopes.
Option #2 ($26): This option includes everything listed above, except for the stamp set.
Option #3 ($15): This option includes the tutorial only.
Shipping is $8.40, or you can do porch pick-up if you are local to Gilbert, AZ.
Please fill out this form to register for the class: https://bit.ly/3hFjire
Then watch your email for an invoice from me. The deadline to register is Monday, September 14. Invoices must be paid by September 15, and classes will ship no later than September 23. If you purchase the tutorial only option, I will send it to you within 24 hours after you pay your invoice.
Please let me know if you have any questions. I am happy to answer them!

Happy Stamping!

Quick & Easy Christmas Cards

I don't know about you, but I am already starting to think about Christmas! From Christmas gifts to Christmas cards, Christmas is on my mind, and I want to be done with all the preparations EARLY this year so that I can just enjoy the season. So... it's time to start making Christmas cards! I had a goal to make about 15 each month to be ready, but like just about everything else this year, that didn't go as planned. Today's cards came together pretty quickly, and now I have 3 cards to add to my stack!

These cards all use the Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set and some of the 3" x 4" cards from the Flowers for Every Season Memories & More Card Pack. Our card packs are GREAT for quick and easy cards. Of course they can be used in scrapbooking, but I'll tell you a little secret - I actually like them better for greeting cards!

This particular pack has colors and floral images that would work for all four seasons, so don't expect to get a bunch of Christmas cards from them, but if you want a good variety of cards, then it will be perfect. There is also a Christmas pack, the Wonder of the Season Memories & More Card Pack. It's next on my list! I did add a few extra supplies to make these cards. Here is a full list:

Stamps: Itty Bitty Christmas

Ink: Just Jade, Misty Moonlight, Poppy Parade

Paper: Thick Whisper White, Just Jade, Poppy Parade, Cinnamon Cider, Flowers for Every Season Memories & More Card Pack

Embellishments: Flowers for Every Season Ribbon Combo Pack

Tools: Tasteful Labels Dies, Scripty EF

Adhesives: Stampin' Seal, Stampin' Dimensionals, Mini Glue Dots

In Color Club - August

This month for my In Color Club, I copied cards straight from Erica Cerwin. I love her work, and I just couldn't resist these cute cards using the Nothing's Better Than Bundle.

I also realized as I was making these that I've used the polka dot pattern of the paper every single month so far. Full disclosure - I love polka dots! Maybe next month I will have to expand my horizons to the rest of the package. Here are all of the colors individually:

Bumblebee

Cinnamon Cider

Just Jade

Magenta Madness

Misty Moonlight

Such cute cards, right? If you'd like to recreate them, here is a list of supplies:

Stamps: Nothing's Better Than

Ink: Memento Black, Bumblebee, Cinnamon Cider, Just Jade, Magenta Madness, Misty Moonlight, Stampin' Blends - Cinnamon Cider

Paper: Whisper White, 2020-2022 In Color DSP, Bumblebee, Cinnamon Cider, Just Jade, Magenta Madness, Misty Moonlight

Back to School: Hand Sanitizer Holder

It's the first day of school here today, and as always, I sent a fun little gift with my kids for all of the teachers and staff at their school. I used stamps and pieces from June's Paper Pumpkin kit to put together little hand sanitizer holders. This is why it's helpful to have a backlog of Paper Pumpkin kits - quick and easy projects right when you need them! Haha! I followed this tutorial from Erica Cerwin for the measurements of the holder, and then created a design inspired by the Paper Pumpkin kit.

Since I wanted to use the same sentiment on all of the holders, I die cut the shape from the Tasteful Labels dies because there weren't enough pre-cut pieces in the kit for all of them. It didn't have the gold edge that the one in the kit did, but it's the exact same shape!

The little hand sanitizers are from Bath & Body Works. I bought them online, and they came 5 to a package. Perfect for the theme of this kit!

I did add a few extra supplies to the Paper Pumpkin kit to make these. Here is a full list:

Stamps: Box of Sunshine

Ink: Memento Black

Paper: Crushed Curry, Whisper White, Peony Garden DSP

Embellishments: Bumblebee In Color Ribbon

Tools: Tasteful Labels Dies

Adhesives: Stampin' Seal+, Stampin' Dimensionals, Mini Glue Dots

Other: June 2020 Paper Pumpkin - Box of Sunshine Kit

Brushed Foil Christmas Cards

Have you started on your Christmas cards yet? I am just starting on mine, and I have a few to share with you today! I used a bunch of brand new products from the August-December Mini Catalog. Take a look:

The card was so pretty in Gold and Shaded Spruce, but I knew it would be beautiful with Gold and Cherry Cobbler too, so I had to do it both ways. Which color do you like better?

The trees in the background were embossed using the Evergreen Forest embossing folder on Brushed Foil Cardstock. This paper embossed is GORGEOUS! The sentiment is from the For Unto Us stamp set, one of my favorite items from this catalog. It will definitely be my go to set for Christmas cards this year!

Here is a full list of supplies:

Stamps: For Unto Us

Ink: Shaded Spruce, Cherry Cobbler

Paper: Shaded Spruce, Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White, Brushed Foil Cardstock, 'Tis the Season DSP

Embellishments: Wonderful Gems, Wonder of the Season Ribbon Combo Pack

Tools: Evergreen Forest EF, Tasteful Labels Dies

Adhesives: Stampin' Seal, Stampin' Dimensionals, Mini Glue Dots

Wishing You a Slice of Happiness

The Cute Fruit stamp set is a fun set to use for quick and simple cards - just stamps, ink, and paper. That's not today's card. I did some water-coloring, fussy cutting, and added a few fun details to create a card that I absolutely love!
I used the wide brush from the new Water Painters to create the striped background with Coastal Cabana ink. The trick was to use lots of water with the ink, and go back over each stripe until the desired shade was achieved. To create a "beachy" look, I pulled apart the edges of the white ribbon from the Flowers for Every Season Ribbon Combo Pack, and attached that as added texture in the background.
The card is finished off with gold thread from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo Pack, and some Elegant Faceted Gems and Rhinestones. See below for a full list of supplies.
Stamps: Cute Fruit
Ink: Coastal Cabana, Flirty Flamingo, Granny Apple Green
Paper: Thick Whisper White, Basic Black, Watercolor Paper
Embellishments: Elegant Faceted Gems, Rhinestones, Flowers for Every Season Ribbon Combo Pack, Forever Greenery Trim Combo Pack
Tools: Water Painters, Versamark, White Embossing Powder, Heat Tool
Adhesives: Stampin' Seal, Stampin' Dimensionals, Mini Glue Dots

2020 Holiday Catalog Top Ten

Today is an exciting day!!! The Holiday Catalog is live, you can use your Bonus Days coupons, and we have a brand new online store. It has some awesome new features that I am still learning about. If you have any questions while you are using it, please ask!
I also have a fun contest for you this month! For every order placed with me from August 4-31, I will add another prize to this collapsible trash can (i.e. handmade cards, retired products, NEW products, etc.). On September 1, I'll draw a winner from everyone who ordered to win the trash can and its contents!

When you shop, please use the host code QS69G6C4 if your order is less than $150. If your order is more than $150, don't use the host code - you'll earn your own host rewards!
You can shop here.

If you earned Bonus Days coupons in July, now is the time to use them!

Things to know about redeeming coupons:

1. At check out, there will be a section to enter your coupon code. It’s easiest to copy and paste from your email right into that box.
2. Enter as many coupons per order as you wish. Each one will take $5 off your net total.
3. NOTE! Coupons reduce the amount of your order. So if you are placing a $150 order to earn free Stampin’ Rewards (hostess benefits) your net total AFTER redeeming your coupons must still be $150.
4. Coupon codes must be redeemed by Aug. 31, 2020

Please let me know if I can help you or if you have questions!

One of the things I love to do when a new catalog goes live is to share my top ten favorite products. This was REALLY hard this time, because I love it all! But I've narrowed it down to ten (and cheated a little by including bundles and suites...). Comment and let me know what your favorites are!

1. For Unto Us stamp set

This was the first thing on my pre-order! I love the religious sentiments, and many of them come from my favorite Christmas hymns. Plus, the fonts are AMAZING!

2. Coming Home Bundle

This is one of my favorites because it benefits a wonderful cause. When you purchase this bundle or suite, $3 of your purchase will be donated to charities devoted to adoption, foster care, and infertility. I know SO many people affected by these things, and I love that Stampin' Up! is giving back!

3. Poinsettia Place Suite

I couldn't choose just one part of this suite - I love it all! From the stamp set to the dies to the paper, ribbon, and embellishments, this is a gorgeous one!

4. Banner Year Bundle

Another banner punch? Yes, please! 3 different sizes, very similar to the Lovely Labels Pick a Punch, but with banner ends. AND a stamp set that is perfect for a bunch of different seasons!

5. Tag Buffet Project Kit

The Christmas tags in this kit are so pretty! The stamp set is sold separately, so don't forget that if you purchase this one. I'm excited to get it and use it for tags and more!

6. Have a Hoot Bundle

This was another one of the first things on my pre-order. I love that it will work across several holidays, and the dies are spectacular!

7. Gilded Autumn Suite

There is so much GOOD fall stuff this year, it's hard to choose. I really do want it all! But this suite is a good place to start - beautiful specialty paper, a punch bundle, ribbon combo pack, and more.

8. Plaid Tidings Designer Series Paper

This 6 x 6" paper comes in many colors of plaid designs - it will work for fall, Christmas, and beyond! And who doesn't love plaid?!

9. Love of Leaves Bundle

Anyone who knows my crafting style knows that I love anything stitched. This bundle includes stitched leaves dies, and they are definitely on my wish list!

10. Snowflake Splendor Suite

I have always loved snowflakes, and this combination of blues and purples is the perfect non-traditional color combination for Christmas. I also love the embellishments, the snowflake embossing folder and that blue glimmer paper!

Bonus: Every single embellishment and ribbon in this catalog! I have at least a bit of most of them, and they are all amazing. Most would be good for projects across all seasons, and they're just so pretty. The best part - most ribbons and embellishments are in the $5-10 range!

Don't forget - if you want to shop the Holiday Catalog, you can do that here.

Happy Stamping!
