Hello, friends! Welcome back for more crafty inspiration. Today's card features the 2026-2028 In Colros, and I'm playing along with the challenge at TGIF Challenges.

Have you ever seen pumpkins this color? No? Me either. But I am featuring this bundle on my social media and for my card class this week, and I got the idea to make a pumpkin in each color. I think it turned out super cute, and who cares if these are make believe colors? Right?!

Here is a full list of products used on my card:
Stamps: Painted Pumpkins
Ink: Barely Blush, Crisp Cantaloupe, Golden Glow, Hydrangea Hue, Peaceful Pine, Secret Sea
Paper: Thick Basic White, Basic White, Basic Beige, Barely Blush, Crisp Cantaloupe, Golden Glow, Hydrangea Hue, Peaceful Pine

#TGIFC407: Sending Support Card

This week's challenge at TGIF Challenges is a sketch challenge. I love the simplicity of this sketch!

I kept my card pretty simple too, using the Butterfly Kisses Designer Series Paper and the Sale-a-bration Sending Support stamp set.

Now just don't ask me for the measurements on those pieces of Designer Series Paper! I cut and trimmed until they looked right, and I'm not sure what I ended up with...

Some In Color products finished off the card: 2022-2024 In Color Glimmer Paper for the Parakeet Party banner, 2022-2024 In Color Baker's Twine in Starry Sky, and some of the 2022-2024 In Color Matte Decorative Dots to embellish the card. These products all coordinate really well with that Butterfly Kisses paper!

Here is a full list of products used:
Stamps: Sending Support
Ink: Starry Sky, Parakeet Party
Paper: Starry Sky, Fresh Freesia, Basic White, Butterfly Kisses DSP, 2022-2024 In Color Glimmer Paper

#GDP351: Wonderful World Thank You

This week's challenge at Global Design Project is a theme challenge:

Such a fun theme, don't you think?! My mind immediately went to the hexagons in the Hello Beautiful Bundle. I've had this bundle for awhile, but hadn't used it yet. I paired it with the beautiful Wonderful World DSP.

This paper can be earned as a free reward with a $100 purchase during Sale-a-bration. You'll also get a stamp set that coordinates with the paper. BUT the stamp set doesn't include any sentiments, so as part of your order, I suggest picking a bundle or stamp set that includes some sentiments you could use with the paper and the floral images in the free stamp set.

Here is a full list of supplies I used on this card:
Stamps: Hello Beautiful
Ink: Starry Sky
Paper: Thick Basic White, Basic White, Starry Sky, Wonderful World DSP
Embellishments: 2022-2024 In Color Matte Dots, 2022-2024 In Color Baker's Twine
Tools: Beautiful Shapes Dies, Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine
Adhesives: Stampin' Seal+, Stampin' Dimensionals, Mini Glue Dots

#TGIFC368: A Little Note of Thanks

It has been quite awhile since I've played along at TGIF Challenges, but I used their sketch this week as my starting point when I pulled out the Sweet Songbirds Bundle for the first time!

This was my first play with this bundle, and it's so much fun to work with! You can stamp the bird or create it with the punch and cardstock, and there are lots of little stamps in the set to build your own little picture. As a pianist, I couldn't resist the musical notes!

Here are all of the products I used on this card:
Stamps: Sweet Songbirds
Ink: Memento Black, Crushed Curry, Sweet Sorbet
Paper: Thick Basic White, Basic White, Parakeet Party, 2022-2024 In Color Designer Series Paper
Embellishments: 2022-2024 In Color Baker's Twine Pack
Tools: Songbird Builder Punch, Stylish Shapes Dies, Merry Melody 3D Embossing Folder, Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine
Adhesives: Stampin' Seal+, Stampin' Dimensionals, Mini Glue Dots

You Are Amazing: In Color Cards

Welcome back! I have a collection of cards to share with you today featuring the Color & Contour Bundle. I'm sure by now you have seen the new 2021-2023 In Colors. Stampin' Up! always does a good job of picking on trend colors to introduce each year, and this year's are no exception. I paired the colors with this amazing bundle - take a look!

The paper you see peeking out on the edge of these cards comes from the Pansy Petals Designer Series Paper pack (on sale this month!). This paper coordinates with the Pansy Patch Bundle, and includes all of the new in colors.

I copied my card design in all five of the new colors. Which one do you like the best?

Evening Evergreen

Fresh Freesia

Pale Papaya

Polished Pink

Soft Succulent

The Color & Contour Bundle is really fun to create with! I love the dies and have used them a lot already, but the stamps are great too. The flower stamp that I used on these cards is fun and bold, and it's probably my favorite stamp in the set.

If you'd like to recreate these cards, here is a full list of the products I used:
Stamps: Color & Contour
Ink: Evening Evergreen, Fresh Freesia, Pale Papaya, Polished Pink, Soft Succulent

In Color Club - August

This month for my In Color Club, I copied cards straight from Erica Cerwin. I love her work, and I just couldn't resist these cute cards using the Nothing's Better Than Bundle.

I also realized as I was making these that I've used the polka dot pattern of the paper every single month so far. Full disclosure - I love polka dots! Maybe next month I will have to expand my horizons to the rest of the package. Here are all of the colors individually:

Bumblebee

Cinnamon Cider

Just Jade

Magenta Madness

Misty Moonlight

In Color Club - July

I have some fun cards to share with you today! These were the cards I sent to my In Color Club members this month. They feature the stamp set 'A Grand Kid', which I think is a great sentiment stamp set, even if you don't have kids or grandkids.

Check out the cards, and leave me a comment with your favorite color. I would love to know!
Bumblebee

Cinnamon Cider

Just Jade

Magenta Madness

Misty Moonlight

Magenta Madness was my favorite color at the beginning - in fact, I also made quite a few of the cards in that color for a card swap! But Misty Moonlight is beginning to take over as a new favorite lately. Come fall, I'm sure that will change again to Bumblebee or Cinnamon Cider. They're all great!

Here's a list of all the products I used on these cards:
Stamps: A Grand Kid
Paper: Bumblebee, Cinnamon Cider, Just Jade, Misty Moonlight, Magenta Madness, Sahara Sand, Whisper White, 2020-2022 In Color DSP
Embellishments: Rhinestones, 2020-2022 In Color Ribbon
Tools: Be Mine Stitched Dies, Tasteful Labels Dies, Pinewood Planks EF
Adhesives: Stampin' Seal, Stampin' Dimensionals, Mini Glue Dots

Old Meets New Above the Clouds

Before it retires, I had to use the Above the Clouds Bundle one last time. I love hot air balloons, and this set will stay in my craft room even when it's no longer current. I decided to pair it with a few new colors, and I used two challenges as my inspiration.

I absolutely love the color combo - Cinnamon Cider, Coastal Cabana, and Magenta Madness! I'll have to keep this one to use again. What do you think?

Stamps: Above the Clouds
Ink: Coastal Cabana
Paper: Whisper White, Cinnamon Cider, Coastal Cabana, Magenta Madness, 2020-2022 In Color 6 x 6" DSP
Embellishments: White Baker's Twine, 2020-2022 In Color Enamel Dots
Tools: Hot Air Balloon Punch, Stitched Be Mine Dies, Versamark, White Embossing Powder, Heat Tool

Sweet Friend Honey Bee Card

Today's card has a sneak peek of some new products for you! One of the five new in colors that will be introduced in the 2020-2021 Annual Catalog is called Bumblebee. I just had to pair it with the Honey Bee Bundle!

Sadly, the Honey Bee Bundle is retiring, so if you haven't grabbed it yet, make sure you do soon so that you don't miss out! Demonstrators are able to pre-order a selection of products from the new catalog right now, and you'll notice some of them on this card:
  • the paper I used for the beehive is from the new 6 x 6" stacks of Designer Series Paper. I'm so glad they're bringing polka dots back!
  • the enamel dots come in a package with all 5 of the new in colors
  • the pink color you see is another new color - Magenta Madness
There are lots of little details on this card - I used the flower stamps in the stamp set with Versamark ink to create a subtle background on the card base. The Detailed Bee Dies were used to cut out the honeycomb, the stamped bee, the hearts, and the beehive.

I love these dies! You even get an intricate bee die - check it out!

Are you excited for the new catalog? Using new products is so much fun! If you just can't wait until June 3 to purchase them, consider buying a starter kit. You can include products from the pre-order in it, and then you'll have a 20% discount to use on the rest of the catalog when it goes live on June 3. You can find out more here or contact me if you'd like to chat.

Stamps: Honey Bee
Ink: Memento Black, Versamark
Paper: Bumblebee, Basic Black, Whisper White, Magenta Madness, 2020-2022 In Color 6 x 6" Designer Series Paper Stack
Embellishments: Magenta Madness 1/4" Ribbon, 2020-2022 In Color Enamel Dots
Tools: Detailed Bee Dies
Adhesives: SNAIL, Stampin' Dimensionals, Mini Glue Dots

#tgifc258: A Watercolor Rainbow

Today's card was inspired by the color challenge at TGIF Challenges - a rainbow color challenge!

When I was younger, I had a book called "Rachel's Rainbow", and I have always loved rainbows. I couldn't think of a better stamp set to pair with the rainbow theme than Under My Umbrella!

I've seen so many pretty water-colored cards recently, so I've been itching to watercolor. There are a couple of different ways to do this. My favorite is to press a clear block directly into the ink pad, and then use an Aquapainter to pick up the ink from the block.

I water-colored three different parts of this card - the background is a watercolor wash of Blueberry Bushel. The umbrella was heat embossed in white and water-colored with Gorgeous Grape, Pineapple Punch, and Blueberry Bushel. And finally - for the hearts I did smaller areas of color on Watercolor Paper - Lovely Lipstick, Grapefruit Grove, Pineapple Punch, and Call Me Clover - and then cut out with the Be Mine Stitched Dies.

I used just the 2018-2020 In Colors, plus Gorgeous Grape, for this card. They make a great rainbow, don't you think?

If you like these colors, make sure to grab them soon! They'll be retiring with this catalog at the beginning of June, but will probably start to sell out once the retiring list is published later this month. Here is a full list of supplies:

Stamps: Under My Umbrella
Ink: Blueberry Bushel, Call Me Clover, Gorgeous Grape, Grapefruit Grove, Lovely Lipstick, Pineapple Punch, White Craft Ink
Paper: Whisper White, Crumb Cake, Grapefruit Grove, Watercolor Paper
Embellishments: Linen Thread
Tools: Rectangle Stitched Dies, Be Mine Stitched Dies, Umbrella Builder Punch, Aquapainter, White Embossing Powder, Heat Tool
Adhesives: SNAIL, Stampin' Dimensionals, Mini Glue Dots

Happy Stamping!
