#GDP353: Color Challenge

This week's challenge at Global Design Challenge is a color challenge.

Aren't those colors beautiful together?! I pulled out an oldie but goodie stamp set for this challenge - the Whale Done stamp set.

 

This card is pretty sweet and simple, and I didn't use nearly as much Blackberry Bliss as I thought I would - that rich, deep purple is one of my favorites! The Iridescent Pearls make perfect bubbles, and I love that little heart stamp as a subtle background on the card base.

#TGIFC369: New Catalog Inspiration

I'm playing along with the challenge at TGIF Challenges again this week, and this week is a fun one! 

 

It's not hard to be inspired by the new catalog, so I used a few of my favorite products:

• Decorative Circle Punch
• Design a Daydream DSP (host exclusive product)
• Iridescent Pearls

My card was also inspired by one of the sample projects in the catalog. You can see it in the photo below (the coral card with the three punched circles):

Those Iridescent Pearls are SO pretty in person! Sometimes it's hard to tell in the catalog photos exactly what a product will be like, and in this case, the photos definitely do not do them justice.
