#TGIFC517: With Love & Thanks

This week's challenge at TGIF Challenges is a technique challenge.

 

I am playing along by using my favorite sheet in the Lovely Garden Designer Series Paper pack. This paper is gorgeous, and I would definitely consider it "bold" with the dark background and pops of bright flowers.
