Anyways, my New Catalog Launch Party took place a few weekends ago, and I just wanted to share the setup of all the fun things we did. It was a really fun afternoon for me, from social time with other adults to a new member signing up on my team. (Welcome, Stephanie!) If you weren't able to join me this time, I hope you'll be able to come to one of my events in the future. We always have a great time!
I had a table set up with my current class offerings - the Build a Birthday Class To Go (no longer available) and the upcoming Cottage Greetings Class on August 1. I'll have a more detailed posting on that class on July 1, because I'll also be offering it to go!
This was the table setup. Everyone who attended had a make and take packet for the birthday card we made (which I didn't get a picture of!). We used Build a Birthday, and if you want to know what the card looked like, I copied it from the catalog! It also featured Cherry on Top Washi Tape, which I love. The packets also included a personalized bookmark featuring the new In Colors, a flyer about purchasing the starter kit (don't miss out on the free stamps deal!), plus everyone received a copy of the catalog and a wish list. Lots of fun stuff!
This table had a bunch of retired items. I decided to do a BOGO sale like I've seen other demonstrators do as well. For every dollar you spend on new product, you get to pick the same amount of retired product. A good way for me to clean off my shelves and everyone else to get a good deal!
Finally, I had a Paper Pumpkin display. I had May's kit set up, and it made everyone who doesn't already subscribe ooh and ah. Are all the kits as great as this one? Well, I think so! I love getting that box in my mailbox every month and having a project to put together that I don't have to work too hard for. No cutting things out, no coming up with ideas, just crafting for fun. June's kit was awesome too, and I'll hopefully have that ready to show you by next week, at the latest.
Again, I apologize for the sporadic posting. I'd like to promise that it will get better, but it probably won't. If you haven't already liked my Facebook page, make sure to do that. I always post when there's something new here, plus it's a much quicker avenue for me to share the latest and greatest from Stampin' Up! Thank you for your patience!
Happy Stamping!
Rachel
Seems that was a fun catalog launch party! Table setup looks beautiful. Lots of fun stuff you had added to your party. Well I am also planning for a catalog launch party at venue New York and got great idea from your blog. Going to use these ideas in my party to make it fun.
