I have a quick post for you today - had to get this Easter card in before Easter! I'll keep it short and sweet because we had relatives in town yesterday, and we stayed up chatting until almost midnight. I definitely am not used to staying up that late anymore, and I'm dragging today!
Wishing you a blessed Easter! He is risen; He is risen indeed!

I was invited to a friend's baby shower this past weekend, and although the invitation said to bring a book instead of a card, I couldn't go without making one, could I? The Sweet Soiree Specialty paper steals the show, but my favorite part of this card is the ribbon. Take a look!
Did you know that you can color our ribbon with Stampin' Blends? Unfortunately, the Blends have been so popular that ordering has been turned off until probably late May. But they will return! I used my Dark Pink Pirouette marker to color the Silver Metallic Edge Ribbon. It's beautiful, don't you think?
Stamps: Happy Wishes (SAB)
Ink: Rich Razzleberry
Paper: Whisper White, Powder Pink, Sweet Soiree Specialty DSP
Accessories & Tools: Silver Metallic Edge Ribbon, Dark Pink Pirouette Stampin' Blends Marker, Stitched Shapes Framelits, Layering Circles Framelits, Big Shot, Metallic Foil Doilies, Glitter Enamel Dots

Remember my goal to make 15 Christmas cards each month? We are into March, and I am keeping up! I had two Stitched With Cheer kits from a previous Holiday Catalog that needed to be put together. These created a total of 36 cards, so I'm actually ahead of my goal!
This kit is no longer available, but you never know what will show up on the Clearance Rack. These cards were a bit time-intensive. I had actually started the stitching part several months ago, but spent some good chunks of time last month and this month finishing the cards up.
I hope you are enjoying these little bits of Christmas every month. I'll have some more Christmas cards to share with you in April!
Happy Stamping!

Welcome back! I spent last week doing lots of fun family things during spring break, including juicing oranges from our tree, hiking, and finding a nest full of duck eggs in our backyard!
I did have time for a little bit of crafting, so today I'm sharing the card I made for one of our nephew's birthdays. I used two Sale-a-bration items - the Party Pandas stamp set and the Bubbles & Fizz Designer Series Paper.
The Sale-a-bration products are so fun this year; make sure you get yours before time runs out! Sale-a-bration ends on March 31, so there are only 11 days left!
Stamps: Party Pandas (SAB)
Ink: Basic Black; Lemon Lime Twist Stampin' Write Marker, Light Daffodil Delight Blends (only because I couldn't find my regular Daffodil Delight marker)
Paper: Basic Gray, Whisper White, Bubbles & Fizz DSP (SAB)
Accessories & Tools: Layering Circles Framelits, Stitched Shapes Framelits, Big Shot, Classic Label Punch, Tutti-Frutti Adhesive Backed Sequins, Hearts and Stars Elements

Welcome to this month's Stamp 'n' Hop blog hop! This month we are featuring Sale-a-bration products, and I've picked a few of my favorites. If this is your first time joining us, we are a group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators from around the world, and I am coming to you from Arizona in the United States. I hope you enjoy my project, and take some time to have a look at all the other talented artists on the hop!
My card today features the Blossoming Basket stamp set and the Celebrate You Thinlits, as well as the Amazing You stamp set. The Blossoming Basket stamp set is part of a bundle that you can get for FREE with a $100 purchase. I wanted to highlight just the flowers out of the basket image, so I heat embossed them in white, watercolored them with an Aquapainter and my ink pads, and fussy cut them. What do you think?
I pulled my color scheme from the colors of the Love Today Planner. I used Calypso Coral, Real Red, Emerald Envy, and Lemon Lime Twist on the flowers and leaves. You can see a full list of supplies below.
Stamps: Blossoming Basket (SAB), Amazing You (SAB)
Ink: Calypso Coral, Real Red, Emerald Envy, Lemon Lime Twist
Paper: Night of Navy, Calypso Coral, Whisper White, Shimmery White Cardstock, Wood Textures DSP Stack
Accessories & Tools: Versamark, White Embossing Powder, Heat Tool, Aquapainters, Celebrate You Thinlits (SAB), Stitched Shapes Framelits, Big Shot, Rhinestones
Make sure to follow along the hop. There is sure to be lots of inspiration!

I am playing along with TGIF Challenges again this week, and this time they have a fun color challenge. I don't think I would normally pair Emerald Envy and Lemon Lime Twist, but then again I have a hard time pairing Lemon Lime Twist with anything!
I broke out my Celebrate You Thinlits for the first time, and I LOVE how they look in the Glimmer Paper! I also pulled in some of the striped Lemon Lime Twist ribbon, which is so fun for spring. There are lots of birthdays in our family this month, so this card will be finding its way in the mail soon.
Stamps: none(!)
Ink: none(!)

I have a fun product to share with you today - the Silver Mini Gable Box! These come in a package of 12 for $8.00, and they are perfect for little treats. My daughter's teacher has a birthday today, and we wanted to do something special for her. So we filled this box with Lindor Truffles and attached a birthday balloon to the top. We hope it makes her feel like celebrating!
Before assembling the box, I ran it through the Big Shot with the Ruffled Dynamic Impressions Embossing Folder. The embossing adds a little something extra to the box, don't you think?
You can purchase your own package of Silver Mini Gable Boxes in my online store. They would be perfect for wedding favors, birthday party treats, and more!
